All orders are processed and handed off to our fulfillment partners within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
To keep our product prices as low as possible, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers via Zendrop.
- United States: 5 to 8 business days (after processing).
- Canada: 7 to 12 business days (after processing).
Please note: Shipping times are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier volumes.

- Standard Shipping (Orders under $70.00): $15.99 flat rate.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $70.00 or more!
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking confirmation email with a link to follow your package's journey in real-time.

Lunaess is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order upon entering Canada or international borders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
